Garden Spot Village presents the Sycamore Springs master plan
Garden Spot Village is a not-for profit organization that was founded on faith in 1990 and remains committed to Christian values and principles. It has long been recognized for its innovative approach to community-based living. Today, it continues to pioneer exciting lifestyle options with the introduction of values-based collaborative communities at Sycamore Springs.

Sycamore Springs will be located on 116 scenic acres in New Holland, Pennsylvania, just west of the popular Garden Spot Village continuing care community. The Sycamore Springs master plan calls for multiple interconnected communities, or neighborhoods, linked by walking paths. Each community will consist of approximately 30 homes built around a common courtyard with gathering spaces, walking paths and, of course, a common house. Members of each community will have significant input into the layout and function of their common house. Site plans, architectural features and landscaping will be designed to ensure an overall sense of harmony. In addition, Sycamore Springs will reflect a sense of stewardship, with a focus on environmentally friendly design, green construction and energy conservation.
